Possessing a rich experience in the field of real Estate for more than two decades, Mr. Suresh Babu Chava is the Managing director of M/s. UMA REAL CONSULTANTS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company dealing in real estate since 2013. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company. He has more than 20-year experience in the real estate industry spanning across property management, integrated contracts management, tenancy management as well as project management. He had managed numerous types of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Putting in his multi dimensional knowledge he has taken all the businesses he does to another level. His willingness to do something different inspires the employees to put in their extra efforts to achieve their goals. UMA INFRATECH, a Partnership Concern solely dealing in Real Estate. He has a rich experience in granting advances on the security of real estate properties.

CITIZEN FINANCE, a Registered Private Money Lending Sole Proprietary concern to serve the customers with money and financial management needs with a variety of lending schemes and to provide an honest and transparent funding source to help the needy get the finance they need to survive and thrive.
Mr. G.S. Mittal, graduated with a bachelor of Engineering degree from Jodhpur University, a degree of LLB from Bombay University and also M.Sc (Real Estate Valuation), is a reputed Registered Valuer, having a rich experience of 35 years in the field of Valuation of properties. He retired after serving for 35 years as Chief Engineer in Central Public Works Department. He has worked in different parts of the country in different posts and different fields of Civil Engineering and has handled many types of Projects.
He has occupied many positions in various organizations and departments like District Valuation Officer in Income Tax Department, Empanelled Valuer in Banks, Panel Valuer of many Banks. He also holds life Membership in Institute of Valuers and is also an approved valuer of Institute of Valuers.
